Venom – The Symbiote That Keeps on Coming Back

Marvel’s Midnight Suns set a new level of excitement with its approach to the alien symbiote, Venom. The creature has been a popular entity in the Spider-Man universe since the 80s, and its presence in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is a sign of the character’s evergreen potential for new stories. In this article, we'll take a closer look at Venom's current representation in the Marvel's Midnight Suns game and what this could mean for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

At first, Venom was an adversary for Spider-Man, yet as the story evolved, the symbiote's relationship with Eddie Brock Jr. changed, and Venom became more of an antihero. This version of Venom was featured as the post-launch DLC in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, and the character model design was stunning. Venom’s monstrous look is classically appealing, and with the new narrative around the character, it seems like the symbiote has only just begun to extend its influence.

In Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, the symbiote is being used by Norman Osborn to hopefully cure his son Harry. It is unknown whether Harry will become Venom in the sequel or if Eddie Brock Jr. will take center stage as the host. We've had a brief look at what Venom’s facial features will look like, and it will be interesting to see what abilities the villain will have this time around.

It has been a long time since Venom was a full-on antagonist in the Spider-Man universe, but with the storyline threading through Marvel’s Midnight Suns and the upcoming Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, it looks like the character has evolved for the better. The recent portrayal of Venom in the game shows that the symbiote still has the potential for new stories and exciting action.

In conclusion, Venom is a character that has been an integral part of Spider-Man lore for decades, and its current representation in Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a clear sign that the character has plenty of potential for fresh storylines. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will give us an even better look into the character, and we can only wait to see what role Venom will have in the upcoming game.
