Samsung to Deliver Android 14 to Its Phones Even Faster

Well, if Pixel is not your cup of tea, Samsung phones are the ones to get the recent Android version nearly the fastest. Yet while most fresh Samsung phone owners are already enjoying Android 13 with One UI 5, the Korean company says it will deliver the next Android release to its devices even faster.

The company stated it explicitly as the world of geeks and… and pretty much everyone is anticipating the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S23 devices. They are expected to be the very cutting edge of what today’s Android smartphones are capable of, given that they have nearly always been so. As the two famous lines, Note and Galaxy S, have merged, the recent Galaxy S models have incorporated most of the phablet features Note devices have been famous for. Of course, the upcoming flagship smartphones will arrive with the newest versions of both Android and One UI available at the moment and surely receive a series of updates as soon as they are available.

It took Samsung always as long (or rather as short) as Google itself to introduce Android 13. Now it’s not only here for the latest and the most expensive devices, but also for those of the past years (like the relatively budget-friendly Galaxy S20 FE). Even middle-class models like Samsung Galaxy A52 can receive Android 13 with One UI 5.

Frankly speaking, Samsung users don’t always have to wait for the next Android version to enjoy some of its benefits. For example, One UI 5 brought Unicode 15 emoji to Samsung phones even before the core Android added its support. There are also other interface tweaks that have always been making customized UI by phone manufacturers more attractive than pure Android; though it’s the best option for entry-level devices, Galaxy smartphones are always more advanced than that.

Are you planning to buy your next smartphone by Samsung? Will it be one of the most recent or a last year’s model? Are fast UI and OS updates among your priorities? Share your views with us in the comments!
